Jennifer D. Rhodes earned her Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School, where she focused on Litigation, Negotiation, and Mediation. Ms. Rhodes also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of California at Berkeley. Ms. Rhodes brings to her practice experience with complex matters involving business, finance, technology, psychology, and real estate.

Ms. Rhodes began her legal career in 2003 with one of the country’s top litigation law firms, Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin in San Francisco. At Howard Rice Ms. Rhodes excelled in representing clients in high-stakes matters. Her representative clients included high-net-worth individuals; law firms, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, California Rural Legal Aid, and DLA Piper; corporations, including Research In Motion Ltd./Blackberry, Nor Cal Brand Inc., and Japan Victor Company/JVC; and public parties such as Lieutenant Governor John Garamendi as California Commissioner of Insurance.

Ms. Rhodes provides first-rate legal and mediation services. In 2007 she was awarded the Cruz Reynoso-Ralph Abascal Don Quixote award.
